You want to explore your family roots here in Krumbach  and Huerben - a very warm welcome!

We are delighted that you are interested in this part of Germany which members of your family once called home.
For centuries Jewish life was an integral part of our community, until the deportation of the remaining Jewish people in 1942, the darkest part of our local history.
Maybe your grandparents or even great great grandparents were born here and went to school and worked and raised their families in Krumbach and Huerben. Maybe they were buried in our Jewish cemetery. There might be a lot to discover and to explore.

Krumbach City Council and the local historical society would like to support you in exploring your family background and roots here and again we should like to assure you of our warmest welcome.

The links below might help you and could provide further information. We offer different guided tours but are also very happy to put together a more personal and individual program. Click here to go to the homepage of Heimatverein Krumbach e.V.

Our team in the visitors centre is very happy to help you finding suitable accommodation and has plenty of ideas to make your visit informative and enjoyable.
